SHIPPING

I have not received my order. What do I do?
If you have not received your order during the slated time period, please inform us by writing to us at info@shiklelibayko.com, so that we can follow up on your order and update you on the status. We regret the inconvenience caused by not being able to deliver your order within the time frame committed.

I have received an incorrect item/order. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive a product/order you did not order, please accept the item/order and inform us about the article at info@shiklelibayko.com. (Used, damaged products or products with missing accessories will not be accepted.)
However, unfortunately we don’t have a reverse pickup facility so we would request you to ship it back to us & we will reimburse the amount of the courier.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the shipment details for your order.

What if I receive damaged goods?
For any manufacturing defects and damages in transit, we offer easy replacements.
In case, you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 2-3 days of receipt. Email us a few photographs with the order number and item code to info@shiklelibayko.com. We will assess the damage and revert within 24 hours.
However, unfortunately we don’t have a reverse pickup facility so we would request you to ship it back to us & we will reimburse the amount of the courier.

RETURNS

For any manufacturing defects and damages in transit, we offer easy replacements.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

However, unfortunately we don’t have a reverse pickup facility so we would request you to ship it back to us & we will reimburse the amount of the courier.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shiklelibayko.com.
